Can anyone help me figure out how to report that I need boosted services? Our home is a complete dead zone except for a very small area in the middle of the kitchen. We can only send pictures to fellow iPhone users, and calls are either dropped, can't be completed at all, or our voices sound like robot static.
We had an incident recently where we were trying to get ahold of police and the call repeated dropped or they couldn’t understand me. At the time it was literally a life or death situation due to overdose, and we couldn’t get the help we desperately needed.
Please please help us! We have been with Verizon since 2007/2008 and would love to continue as customers, but are desperate at this very time. Any suggestions would be helpful, we already have WiFi calling setup, but that has done nothing to help the situation. Dealing with this with no support for over 5 years now.
