  • I have been having issues with my phone getting and keeping service and today it's just not connecting at all. It keeps telling me there is no Internet connection and to connect to WiFi and it's already connected but still won't work. I was on chat from about 6am trying to troubleshoot issues I was having with my device freezing, running very slow, and battery issues. That chat lasted until about 9am and since then I have gotten a text saying Verizon Msg: A new SIM card or new device is being activated on your line.   • And I checked my account activity and the first thing it says is I was taken out of the call filter service this morning which I did not do. Now I can't get my device to get any kind of network connection and it's not recognizing my WiFi. I tried calling customer service but it just says there's no network or WiFi connection. Can someone please help?!
