Put chased a new phone for my 86 yo mom who lives alone with health problems and after spending 3 hours in the store it’s has been dis connected and i’m told it’s due to fraud. No one at verizon can help, my Mom with health problems is at home alone without a phone. since no one at Verizon seems to be able to help me resolve this. I have spent over 8 hours dealing with this. great company.
