Similar to previous posts, my cell service at home is terrible. I have been a customer since they were GTEMobileNet. Most of the time I only have a bar and a half. A year ago,, they were able to switch my service to a different network/tower so that I can get better service inside my house. Today, I tried to send 2 text messages to regular contacts and it failed numerous times. When I finally called VZ tech support, I was told that the ONLY solution is to connect to my XFinity WiFi. WHAT?! I am paying VZ to provide me with cell service and they want me to use a competitor's service to be able to make calls and send text - services that I pay them for??!! It sounds like Rp8 got a resolution from VZ. I expect the same! Please DM me and give me the same resolution he got. I can easily call our local TV network to put a spotlight on your service issue.
