No cell service at my house, have to use wifi calling

Im paying close to $350 a month for 4 lines. Before I switched I was with Metro PCS and I never had any issues and I was only paying $145 a month. I want to switch back to Metro PCS

Wow.  Sure hope someone with Verizon checks in with you.  Have you tried live chat to report the service issue?  If you're not currently under a contract, porting out shouldn't be an issue, but I'd have to think Verizon would like to keep you as a customer.

I'd also use the "Check network status" link on the right, under the "Get help from Verizon" box to see if there are any reported issues with the towers in your area.
