I have no cell service at work. I am hooked up to wifi and can only get text messages within the work area. However, anything external, I can not receive text, calls, or personal emails throughout the day. What can I do about this. Verizon needs to step up their game on towers.

Does your phone not have WiFi caling available? Verizon cannot control if a building is built such that cellular signals are blocked. One option would be for your business to get an LTE Network Extender for Business to provide a cell signal within the building.
