No cell service

I have an iPhone 16 pro 512 gb and a iPhone 16 128 gb and they worked great for three weeks and now I can’t get it to make/receive calls whatsoever. I went to the Verizon store located near me and we reset or eSIM so now it’s a eSIM 2 and worked great until I got home. Please help I use calls all the time and currently my iPhone 16 pro is on sos and won’t do anything without wifi

Hi, that's pretty strange that you lose service while at home.  Have you used the "Check network status" link to the right under the "Get help from Verizon" box to see if there's an outage?  With 2 different phones having the problem, I doubt it's the phones.  But you can check that your software is up to date, and update your carrier settings if there are any updates available.  If nobody did a network reset on the phones, can't hurt to try that either.
