No service in the area. Little truck goes up and down the road. But I Don’t live in the road to check for service maybe if they would check at people houses they would see how horrible the service is

Definitley don't want you to be experincing bad service. If something is going on, we want to check that out. Can you share more details on what's not working? Also what is the city, state where you're having the issue? -John
