A few suggestions:

-If your SIM or eSIM is old, try getting a new one.  You didn't give the make/model of your phone(s), but if you have phones which are several years old or don't support 5G, it's time to consider getting 5G-capable phones.

-Your account may need to be reprovisioned so you can use all the available spectrum.  There have been changes to the network in recent months.

-If you give your ZIP code which is having the problems, someone can check the coverage there to see if there are any issues.

-In the "Get help from Verizon" section to the right, there's a link "Check network status" where you can enter your address and see if there are any reported problems with the towers near you.

-A weird issue I read of a while back was someone discovering their home internet router's WiFi was actually interfering with their Verizon service to where they had no cellular service at home until they replaced their router with a new one from their ISP.  You can test this out by powering down your home internet completely and seeing if this brings back your cellular service.

-Is there anything in or near the home which is generating a strong electromagnetic field?  Because that will mess up your cellular reception as well.

Thank you for lifting your concern about your indoor coverage. Have you had an opportunity to work with us to explore a network extender or WiFi Calling? https://www.verizon.com/support/wifi-calling-faqs/
