Hey, I’m king. I have had the most devastating experience with verizon. I’m a college student at morehouse college and looking to lease my first new phone through these guys, i entered my information and was approved for the 15, i proceeded to place the order and the next day they are telling me to cal them to verify myself. Which i did, then the guys say “we can proceed the order because we can’t verify your identity” mind you this was way after she took my full social and name (im not sure how that’s not verifying me enough). fast forward, i asked if she could get me to a supervisor she was VERY rude, she gaslit me made me provide my lease and ID just to put herself on mute and then hang up with no call back, so i called back and encountered a even more rude representative, who told me that “your order has already been flagged it’s nothing i can talk to you about, bye bye” however i managed to stop her and ask for a supervisor, she then told me “i see here you’ve already spoke to one of our supervisors, i can’t transfer you to another one”. I proceeded to tell her that doesn’t matter if i ask for a supervisor it’s your job to escalate me to one. By this time i’m just completely fed up and didn’t even want the service no more i just wanted to let the supervisor know that i was having a bad experience and that those prior to him should be evaluated. He was the rudest of them all. So i honestly don’t even recommend getting a service with verizon because i honestly haven’t had this problem EVER with my moms t mobile.
