Paying for a service I never received

I tried to open Verizon account last year on January. I was told they will send me 2 SIM cards in the mail which I never received. I called them so many times and they had to resend them and again I never received the SIM cards. Now I’m 2024 im being charged $ 105  for a service i never used. Why will I be charged for the first month when I never received any products? Is that not how things work? Use a produce and paid for that product? Talking to Verizon agents has been a nightmare. I don’t want to pay for a service that I did not use. someone please let me know if this happens

I'm sorry that you had trouble starting up service with us in 2023. Even though you're not with us, I definitely want you to be able to get the support you need. So we can try and learn more about what's happening, and get into greater detail, I've sent you a Private Message.
