I recently used the app to upgrade my phone from Verizon. My i phone 15 never arrived. Fed ex still shows its out for delivery after 10 days. I have called Verizon Customer service every day. I have talked to a different person each time and none of them speak good English. I have spoken to managers and internet order, and fed ex. No one can tell me where my phone is. I asked for my order to be cancelled and they still have not sent me a confirmation. I answered the same questions each time over and over again. I was basically told it was between me and fed ex. I did not order from fedex, I ordered from Verizon. I was told on each call that someone would contact me back and no one ever did. I was hung up on after a 52 minute call with a customer rep. I even went to a local Verizon store to seek help and was told all I could do was call Customer Service. I still do not have my phone and I received notice that Verizon will be billing me this week for my new service. I also paid 12.99 extra for next day delivery. Needless to say, I am very frustrated with Verizon and this time and after 19 years of service with them, I am considering changing.
