Poor Coverage

Service in my area has deteriorated substantially over the past year or so. When I look at coverage map, we are 5G Ultrawide and 4G LTE, however outside in real life I barely get 1 bar of either. Inside the house? HAHAHAHAHAHA.  As I stated, previously the service was not this poor, inside or outside. For what I pay this is terrible service! I am less than an hour from NYC, I thought this was the year 2024. Be better, fix this issue.

Issue began  about 5 months ago and over the past month it has become worse.
