Poor/No Coverage In Parts of My Established Neighborhood

I have tried multiple times to address the lack of coverage in a portion of my neighborhood.  After days of repeating my issue to the new person assigned, my complaint gets moved up a tier, gets a new incident # and then just goes away.  I moved into a new tract 7 years ago.  Coverage was just ok until a 5G cell site went up about a miles away, now we have no coverage in a portion of our neighborhood.  When I  get a few houses away I have coverage again, until I leave the neighborhood and am in line between the new cell site and my house and then I have no coverage again. God forbid there is an accident or other emergency on the main road between tracts, because there are no homes that front the road.

Is there anyway to get someone to look at what the issue might be, or do I have to resort to going to another carrier after 25+ years as a Verizon customer?

We want to help you with your coverage concern. When did you last contact us regarding this concern. Have you gotten any information from the tickets that have been submitted? ~Peter

Unfortunately I do not have the incident numbers from my previous contacts.  The first was  closed due to inactivity on my part, I failed to respond to the fourth or fifth request for more information, after repeating the problem  for the first three requests.  The second case I agreed to have closed because I was told a new case had to opened to escalate the issue to engineering.  I asked for the new case number, but never had any access to whatever system it was in, so do not know what happened after that.  This was about two or three weeks ago.

If it helps, I had identified a possible address for the cell site in question as being 1800 Concord Av, Brentwood, CA 94513

Thank you for this information. How far from this area do you have to travel for service to improve? ~Peter

Usually just 2 or 3 houses to the north of our address.  However, when we leave our tract and turn south, we lose connectivity again when we get within range of our house (which lines up with the cellular tower on the other side of Highway 4).
