Poor Verizon Signal in Aurora, CO – 1 Bar of 5G/LTE, Dropped Calls

Hi all,

I’m located in Aurora, CO, and consistently only get one bar of 5G or LTE at my house. The signal is so weak I can’t even make reliable FaceTime or Wi-Fi calls. It’s become a serious issue for basic communication.

Has anyone else in the area experienced similar problems? Any tips on how to improve the signal or if Verizon is aware of coverage issues in this part of town?

Thanks in advance

Oh wow, this definitely sounds concerning. We'd like to dive deeper into this with you. When did you first start to experience this? Also, do you notice any difference in your signal when you're indoors vs when you're outdoors?

I moved in to this house about 3 years ago and the signal was poor when I moved. Unfortunately no, the signal is usually 1 bar indoors or outdoors

Wi-Fi calls fully rely on the Wi-Fi connection and will work in places with no Verizon signal at all, so this points to something more going on. I'm sending you a Private Message here so we can assist further.
