Poor cellular coverage in Burbank, CA

- I’ve had poor cellular coverage in Downtown Burbank for months. Whether I’m at home in in the downtown area or surrounding neighborhoods the coverage is terrible. I’ve spent too much time with tech support. They basically have gaslighted me and tried to sell me something every time without solving the problem. I have Apple iPhone 13 Pro and only get LTE with speeds from 0.2- 1.5 mbps. I stopped getting 5G coverage over six months ago, Why doesn’t Verizon want to solve the problem. I’ve tried all the device solutions including resetting my network settings and replacing my physical SIM card with an eSIM with no fix to the problem. Verizon claims the network is fine but other Verizon customers in my area have the same issue. So after being a loyal customer for over 20 years it’s time to leave I guess.

Verizon used to be OK in Los Angeles, but recently in 90068 it has been terrible. And there's no way to actually report this to Verizon. If you call 611, there are endless menus and they will try to reset your phone. Stop spending so much on billboards and other advertising and please install some cell towers!
