Poor service in zip 83274

Why can’t we get reliable service in Shelley Idaho? There are dozens of customers reporting problems. Don’t we have towers in the area? I get only one LTE/4G bar. Many have posted on FB that they will be dropping Verizon for T-Mobile.

we are very, very upset and want better service now!!!

We are still waiting for the service to improve. You said that there is a work order to fix a Verizon tower and it may take a week. We still have only one 4G/LTE bar. No improvement for most of the Shelley Idaho Verizon customers. How soon til we have a strong 5G/LTE SIGNAL? This getting very inconvenient!

If you have an open service ticket, have you tried calling to check on the status of the ticket? If there's a tower being worked on, it could take longer than a week. There was an outage of some sort where I work, and that took more like 3 or 4 weeks before things were back to normal.
