Ported from tracfone still no service

I ported my number from tracfone to Verizon today at around 1:00pm in Philadelphia. It is now 22:48 and my number still doesn’t work. I got all the info from tracfone and my account with tracfone is no longer in service but Verizon can’t seem to get the port to work. I’ve gone through a tech specialist. I’ve waited the allotted time the lady said while she put in the zip code for the call to drop and I’ve tried it via bot on the phone. Nothing works I’ve reset the phone over a dozen times. Their internet is awesome but their phone services are making me regret my decision to even try and port over… plus my eSIM says it’s carrier locked but Verizon says the port is completed. I also don’t even see the service I paid for in my account page in the my Verizon app….only my fios is showing up..

Thank you for reaching out to us on this platform, we'd love to help and find the root cause of the issue. Please tell us a little more, Is your service with Verizon postpaid or prepaid? Did you register to have access to My Verizon Wireless as well?

It's post paid. And I yes I have a my Verizon account because I've had Fios for 5 years. I decided to get my phone yesterday to have it added to my account but it's not on there. I had everything done at the walnut street store

It’s post paid I don’t even know if you all can do anything . At this point this phone doesn’t exist but you guys have an account on it which I am unable to access when I try to login. I prob just bought a phone and steps were skipped and nothing else was explained they just said I might have to activate the cellular or install it from the options menu but I have no QR code to do that either. Never knew there were so many steps you all had to do and why it’s causing so many problems. They’ve said I’d have to take it back to the store where I got it because only they can bypass authentication and she tried it several times to no avail even when I gave her permission

If your phone is showing "carrier locked" or some such, you must have Tracfone unlock it first.  Even though Verizon now owns Tracfone, they are still officially a different carrier and another company's locked phone will not accept a SIM or eSIM from other companies.

Hopefully your port in to Verizon has completed by now.  Depending on where you're coming from, it can take up to 48 hours for a port to finalize.  As for your mobile account not showing up under your Fios account, that's because the mobile and Fios sections of Verizon used to be more separate entities.  There's a process to merge your mobile and Fios accounts together, but from what I've seen on the website, you have to do it from the mobile account side (?):

Merge Verizon User ID
