Although I am not newbie, I am having the exact same problem. I have the monthly plan so must be prepaid. I have an iPhone 14. It gets better once I walk out the door. I used to get 1-2bars but now I get nothing. I am in 91390. What should the settings be? I’m am getting mixed info.

There are several possible causes for why your service isn't working at home. A few questions:
-Is your phone from a different carrier, but unlocked?
-Are you in a hilly area, and your home is on the down-slope of a hill?
-Do you have a 3rd party Wi-Fi source in your home?
-Is all your software up to date on your iPhone?
Prepaid customers are deprioritized to all postpaid customers on the towers, but that shouldn't cause you to lose service completely on a regular basis.
