 I’m writing in regards to a problem I’m having with your company. I had placed an order on Saturday April 13,2024 for 2 iPhone 13 Pro maxs and 2 Samsung S21 FEs, the email stated the phones would be here on Tuesday April 16th.(Never included a tracking number)The phones never arrived, so on Wednesday April 17th I called your company to ask pretty much hey what’s going on with my order, they proceed to inform me that the iPhone 13 Pro maxs that I had ordered was out of stock and the Samsungs I ordered were retired, I asked them why I never received an email or a phone call stating that the phones were outta stock. The lady on the phone pretty much told me that it wasn’t her department so she couldn’t give me an answer. So I told her to cancel my order and issue me a refund, she told me that day that the order was being cancelled. On Saturday April 20th, I received an email stating to finish activating my account so once again I called the wireless number again to see why the order was never cancelled, again on the 20th they told me that they were going to cancel my order because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. Here we are again on the 23rd and I’m having to call you guys again to see why I never received an email or anything stating my order had been cancelled and my refund is being issued. Now they are telling me that they have to wait until the phones are back in the warehouse before they can issue my refund. What’s not making sense is why I cancelled my order on the 17th and your company still shipped them out on the 19th. It doesn’t make any sense to me and I should have already had my refund. It’s already been a week and now you guys are wanting me to wait another week? I just want my refund, and you guys to confirm that my stuff has been cancelled like I have been asking. 
update today is now May 1st I spoke with Fred on Monday April 29th after they finally reached out to me and he assured me that I would have had my refund the beginning of the week. It’s not Wednesday and I have emailed him asking about my refund that he said I should have had by now. I’ve been arguing with this company since the 13th of April. How much longer am I gonna have to wait for my money back. By the time this is posted I’ve been trying to get it back for 13 days. It didn’t take you guys 3-5 days to take my money but you guys have taken 13 days to stress me smooth out. I just want my money back.
