Does anyone else have bad cell service in Zip Code 20112 in Virginia? Every time I am in the area I only have 1 bar for signal. Can Verizon do something to investigate this issue? This totally needs to be fixed.
Thanks.

We hear you loud and clear. Please tell us, what services are being impacted? Is this impacting multiple devices? Does this happen during specific times of the day?

Cellular / Wireless service is impacted. All the time. We are never able to get above 1 to 2 bars worth of service. Can Verizon possibly setup the 4G / 5G Cell poles (or even fake Tree towers) in the area to increase coverage?
Thanks.

Happy Thursday! Being on top of your account is crucial, especially if you are encountering signal issues. Verizon is here to help. Let's gather more info.
What exactly happens when you attempt to use your service (call/text/data)? When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this dilemma?

Limited or no connection for any web searches; text messages & pictures have difficulty transmitting. Calls sometimes disconnect, or do not even connect at all. The issue has been ongoing for several months now. Several other neighbors in the area report the same issue.
According to the Verizon wireless service map, service is limited to 4G in that particular area. However, even that is very weak.
I have seen Verizon setup Cell repeaters on Telephone poles in neighborhoods. Could this be offered as a solution instead? Or setup additional towers in the area?
Thanks.

Samsung Galaxy S22. Tried restarting the phone, shutting the phone down and powering it back on, switching on Airplane mode then turning back on Mobile Data. All are giving the same result. This happens on my wife's phone as well, and several work contractors in the area on their iPhones.
