I don't know why it is, but trying to get a return equipment label or "return kit" from Verizon is some kind of giant puzzle which may or may not work. Can you still login to your My Verizon account, because that's the fastest way to generate a shipping label? If you have already disconnected your service and have no other Verizon services active, then you can't login anymore and I don't know what to tell you.
