Hello my I phone 15 has been going into sos mode a lot since I bought it. I have never had this issue before. I’m wondering if this is a glitch with the new IPhone or something. It has happened when I’m driving in downtown Chicago using maps and the maps just goes away and I’m left to use my cars map which isn’t as reliable and Chicago drivers are crazy. It’s happened during texts and calls in town. I’ve never had this problem and I have had Verizon since the 1990s. So a long time. It’s making me reconsider the service and possibly switching. This is dangerous. I need to be able to use my phone. I have turned the phone off, turned off the blue tooth, updated the phone down everything you are supposed to do according to google. I pay too much for Verizon phone service for my phone to work 80% of the time.

There isn't much I fear more than my GPS sending me down onto Lower Wacker, and then losing signal, Jebaker1. I can only imagine how much more challenging navigating the rest of the city would be if I had no service in other places. I am here to help. When did this issue first start happening, if not immediately when you purchased the iPhone 15? Can you share some cross streets where you notice this happening the most? Do you know if any other Verizon users or devices are having the same problem in those areas?
