Any idea when this is going to be fixed? We have 5 on our plan and 3 of us without service… possibly more but I’ve been unable to reach my eldest son as of yet so probably 4. In Madison WI here.
No service since 10am here in central ky, it's now 4pm.
Nothing in Ohio since this morning
No service in Phx, AZ
Nothing in Chicago since 8 am this morning
Nothing in Denver, Albuquerque, or Lubbock either
Same I'm Oregon. My phone has had zero service since this morning. My iPad still has 5g. Wifi calling isn't event working on phone.
Same in KCMO. No internet access, no calls in or out, no texts except iMessages when connected to WiFi. Basically feel like it’s 1990 again.
I’m in Michigan and no service phone says SOS do we known when it’s going to be fixed
No service in AZ or ID.
two hrs north by Stevens Point. No service. SOS only whole family.
Everyone I know in south east Idaho has been down most of the day

Help is here! A few days ago, we experienced an outage. I see it has been a few days since you posted this and the outage has been resolved. Are you still experiencing issues? Please be sure to restart your phone with Wi-Fi to ensure the phone connects to the network as the device cannot connect if Wi-Fi is still on.
