I have been with verizon for over 3 years. Everything was great till I upgraded my phone on 5/11/25. I went from a Samsung galaxy a53 5g to what is supposed to be one of the best phones on the market the galaxy s25 ultra. When I upgraded I got a new case and screen protector for my phone verizon team put screen protector on for me and a hour later it was bubbly and coming off. Went back and was told nothing they could do for me that I would have to buy a new one. This is completely unacceptable. So I called customer service and the lady said she would give me a $10 credit for the next 12 months only received this for 1 month and now gone. Let's fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Out of nowhere all my incoming call started to get sent right to voice mail no matter where I am at. It turns out the verizon does not offer in store tech support and makes you call a number to troubleshoot your phone yourself. So they want some that is not qualified to troubleshoot their defective equipment. I have spent several hours of my own time doing the same thing over and over with tech support with no resolve to my issues. I was given a $20 credit that disappeared the next day. Called back in today to try and fix my phone one more time with no success and they said they would replace my new out of box 2 month old phone with a refurbished phone. This is completely unacceptable I did not buy a refurbished phone I bought a new phone. So in conclusion. No available in person tech support. Credits given and removed from accounts, and they will give you a used phone to replace your new phone.
