I had a payment arrangement setup but service is now interrupted.
I've called FS like 10+ times using *611 (or any Verizon number which redirects me there).
1 of 2 things happens, it pretends to process & then hangs up on me, OR it texts me a link (to the chatbot) and if I press "other key for more options* it likewise hangs up on me.
As a customer for over 10 years, In the past, I used to be able to speak with a representative or agent.
Now, it's a circular loop from bot to bot & nothing can be done??
I can see others have this same issue, but only private message resolution. Please help!
