Hello,
I would like to report a dead zone in an area that I use for work. There is zero service through this band area. The address that has zero service is: *****, Brighton, CO 80601. I will attach a map where the service is non-existent for reference of the band of no service.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we were able to review the network details for the area. If you’re also experiencing issues with signal in a specific location, there’s a few factors that can be in play. There may be an issue with the device. Physical barriers which impact the signals from the network. Being indoors, which can lessen signal penetration.
