Service in 22003

I’ve been experiencing extremely poor service in 22003-3309 with 1 bar on LTE/5G. I couldn't send a single iMessage or make reliable calls (calls kept dropping). This happened May 31, 2025 11AM-12PM, and I was indoors and outdoors. I’m using an iPhone 14. Could Verizon please check if there’s a network issue in that area or log a report for investigation?

Thanks

Thank you so much for raising your concerns about your service expereince. Let's gather some more details. Have your connections returned to normal? Did you receive any error messages? Was the phone restarted at all during this time?

No it has not. After leaving the relevant area, my connections came back. I did not receive any error messages, except that wesbites just kept loading due to lack of service. The phone was not restarted at all during this time.

I tried calling verizon customer service and mulitple times Verizon's automated voice system would cut off (on the road, 38.829695, -77.190555). When I tried to call them again, my call just dropped. But I was able to make a call to another phone number (not on data) at 38.829971, -77.195025.

Hi, if your service comes back when you go somewhere else, then it's pretty likely the problem area is experiencing a network outage.  Use the link below and enter the address where your service isn't working to see if any issues have been reported there:

https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/

Coincidentally, there's been a network outage where I work, and it is only affecting data.  My phone didn't give any error messages, but trying to open a web browser would say "No internet connection".  Restarting your phone may help.
