Service seems to be getting worse every day twice I have had no signal a all, sometimes my phone doesn't ring and I get text and voice messages hours later from someone, you try to call or answer a call it drops ....I have called and complained( a lot of time talking with Verizon service/support about the particular service area because this just started getting really bad the last couple of years and nothing gets done. They always say we see not outages. They really have no service here anymore. I have been with Verizon for YEARS and I am really disappointed that I can't rely on the service .
