Slow LTE while in 5G UW coverage area

I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon a few weeks ago, brought my current iPhone 12 Pro Max over and ported my existing number.
I had to get a physical SIM with Verizon, and since activating it, Iโve never been able to get 5G despite being surrounded by 5G UW on the coverage map, and currently only have two bars of LTE for data. Iโm getting worse speeds then I was on AT&T.
At first I thought it was because my phone was showing I still had an eSIM active from AT&T (even though service was canceled) so I deleted that, but Iโm still getting slow connection speeds.
Is there something else I can do on my end? The coverage map shows I should be getting full 5G.
Thank you!

Hi, BetterCallBob. Help is here as we know how important it is to have great speeds, and we want you to love your decision to be our customer. Please tell me more. What is your zip code? Can you complete a speed test and provide a screenshot of it here?

Thank you so much for the screenshot, BetterCallBob! Do you experience the same issue indoors and outdoors? How are voice calls, and text messaging services working? Is your device software fully up to date?
