Has anyone else in Central AR area that has been having major issues with slow data? I normally have full service no issues, but the past few days I’ve been experiencing slow data, SOS, or LTE switching to 5G with 1-3 bars. I have turned the phone on and off, I have turned airplane mode on, I have even turned the cellular connection off and none of them have worked. I’m needing to know if I’m the only one having this issue or is this going on with everyone?

I don't live there, but I've noticed my service has been wonky of late myself, because Verizon has been doing some work on the towers in my area for some time, and I also believe recent storms have messed with service. Have you used the "Check network status" link under the "Get help from Verizon" box to the right to see if there are any reported network problems in your neighborhood?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I know how much I rely on my service to be working when I need it, and I too would be reaching out for help if that wasn't happening, Hrpreseley15. I am here to help, and would like to gather some additional details. Can you tell me more about when this issue first started to happen? Can you share the zipcode where this is happening in Central AR?
