Spam calls

So I have come across many threads of this same topic. Verizon seems to not let anyone reply anymore... probably because they're sick of saying the same party line over and over again.
Here's how I know they're selling my information:
I get spam calls to MY phone number with my PARTNER'S name. He's the main account holder for Verizon and it is tied to both our numbers. That is the ONLY account we have that has my number with his name.... I checked all of them.
This is unethical and I wish to stop it. I have already gone through all the privacy settings and personal information sharing settings on both our online accounts to make sure it's all checked as "Don't Send/Share". Yet... it still happens.
Today I got a text from someone wanting to buy our house. HE'S THE MAN.... so of course he's listed on our Mortgage with his phone number (not me)... it would have gone to his phone number if our mortgage holder was the one selling info... but it's not. The message came to MY number with HIS name. It's VERIZON.
STOP IT PLEASE!

Might not be Verizon. If there was a data breach sometime in the past, then the hackers would have put your personal information up for sale on the dark web for spammers.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Verizon wants to ensure that its customers receive good and wanted calls. Customers can let us know if we incorrectly identify or block a wanted call as spam. Calling parties can contact us if they believe their calls have been incorrectly blocked or labeled or that they have been adversely affected by information provided by the caller ID authentication framework. Both customers and calling parties can contact us at our Spam Feedback website www.voicespamfeedback.com. And because some robocalls are good, we educate legitimate businesses about “best practices” they can follow to reduce the risks that they get caught in blocking or labeling tools.
