Store on SW 200 beside Bob Evan

I took my wife into the store around 3:30pm and the store when quite busy. We signed in and was 5th in line. I watched a sales cleck finish with a customer go in the back for 5 minute and come back with four another members of the Verizon team. All of these team member started hanging signage in the store instead of helping customers. We continued to wait out turn and finial a sales clerk came to see us at that time we knew what we waited and told him. He went into the back and was gone for 15 minutes. I then told my wife that a may need to check on him because it shouldn't take 15 minutes to find a phone in the store room. When he came out he had the phone and some papers. When I asked him what took him so long to find a phone his said it wasn't that the phone was hard to find, it was that had to access our account to see what was available to us. As he was processing the phone my wife wanted another member of the staff asked our sales cleck to ring out another customer, which took him 15 minute because the lady had more question. When he finishedi ask him why the other member of the Verizon team didn't ring her out and he said that was his manager and managers not get commission so if he get something to ring out he will give to to one of us to do so. I fould out after that two of the for Verizon member hanging signage was managers. I have been a Verizon customer for over 19 years and after this experience I think they take us for granted. With service like this you are going to lose all of us!!
