Spent hours in chat, was disconnected multiple times. Was told they were waiting for “authentication “. They never said who, where, how this authentication was being sought. Turns out they were sending emails ( which never did show up) waiting on me to respond. Then they tell me they sent it three times and now the account is locked and I have to go to the store to prove I’m me. Seriously? I had to authenticate with that email just to get on the chat. That’s not good enough? That email made it through because it originated in the states. All of the rest of them came from the farmed out tech support in India. Pretty sure Outlook refused that email address so I never received these “three authentication attempts”. Quit farming out your tech support to foreign countries. Keep it in the states for crying out loud. Yes, it will cut in to your massive corporate profits. Boo Hoo. Either you get better at this or I go to T-Mobile. No way they can be any worse.
