System Cancel?

I signed up with Verizon phone plan to bundle my Verizon Fios Home internet. On 10/10/24 I placed my order and set up my phone plan for 2 lines along with 2 iPhone 15's on a decent 40 minute phone conversation. Everything went fine while placing the order and getting charged right away $189 for the transaction I guess? Cool I went along. On Tuesday 10/15/24 I called in to see where my iPhone's were because I haven't received any notification emails regarding the shipping. The sales rep(Mark) which was super sarcastic and no help at all goes ahead and mentions there was a system cancellation but he didn't know why and his superiors also did not know why there was a "system cancellation" I am now left with - $189 on my bank account, no phone plan and no iPhone's. His only suggestion was, wait 5-7 business days for the refund to hit and order everything again. This must be a joke right? or is this really how bad the customer service at Verizon really is.
