System update causing problems with connection

After the latest update my phone it now doesn't get a signal and say it's searching for a signal, no service,emergency calls only or service suspended. Before the Jan 2024 update my phone had zero issues and the best service. It seems like Verizon is trying to force me into buying something new whether I need to or not.

Don't know if this will work, but have you tried going to a Verizon store and getting a new SIM card?

No service in my own town for the third time this month… cannot speak with anyone just ai. Cancel my plan or give me a refund for every second without service. We pay too much for this.

We want to make sure you have the best service wherever possible. Have we been through any troubleshooting with you or filed any network tickets? Any troubleshooting you have done that we should know about?
