I moved to Cedarhurst, NY within the past few months. The cell service is absolutely horrible. In my home calls drop, go garbled in the middle or don't connect. I was in Brooklyn and almost never had issues
Often I will find the call being on my wifi network but that doesn't always happen.
Any suggestions or help improving my signal.

tzaldvorh, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently, we're not showing any network issues in the area that would be causing you problems, but we want to make sure this is resolved for you. We recommend troubleshooting first. You can click this link, find your device, and click "Troubleshoot". There's a few options to choose one, but please select the one that most closely matches your issue. Make sure you sign in to your My Verizon account as well.

Dead zones can occur anywhere, unfortunately. My guesses are either there are too many buildings around you blocking out the signal, or possibly a 3rd party Wi-Fi source or something generating strong EMF is around, interfering with Verizon reception. Does it get better outside your home?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
