I upgraded my cell phone in Jan 2024. I was assured I would receive a 830.00 credit once they got my current cell phone returned. I paid it off and mailed it to them. In February I was told they never received my cell phone. I gave them proof it was returned. Now in March they issue me a 415.00 credit for my old phone. I was promised 830.00. I chatted with Verizon today for 3 hours and they insist that if I change my cell plan to Unlimited Ultimate and pay more per month and they will see I get my 830.00 credit. Why should I pay them more per month to get a credit that was promised to me. I show on my cell phone Verizon app that the Unlimited plus plan which is what I have gets a 830.00 credit. They want me to switch to the Unlimited Ultimate for more money. They say it has so many more benefits. This is called bait and switch. I HATE Verizon. They lie and try to switch you to pay more money. Not to mention they are double billing me for Disney and for my IPAD has 2 same charges. They can't fix that error until the billing cycle closes. WHATWRONG WITH THIS .
