In November 2023, I joined Verizon with 4 lines, 4 iPhone 14 ProMax and trade-in one iPhone XR and three iPhone 11 and got quotes for the value of trade-in. After several rounds of online chat, I was told they had received my trade-in but had not updated the status. However, two staff in the online chat insisted I wouldn't get any credits for trade-in phones because I had got four iPhone 14 Pro Max with discounts. This is absurd. When I joined the plan and purchased the iPhone 14 Pro Max, a Trade-in old phone was not required. I got a discount because Verizon used it as an incentive for new users. A few days later, I was told the value of iPhone XR was $17, not $87. Till now (February 2024), I still haven't heard any update about the trade-in of my three iPhone 11s, each of which was quoted the value of $130.
