It appears that this is a common problem. I purchased 2 iPhone 15 Pros when the $1000 promo credit for trade in was running. I tried to return the old phones (an iPhone 11 and a 12pro) to the Verizon store. They would not accept the phones and told me to mail them in. Both phones were shipped via UPS in the same box. One has been marked as received but no trade in value has been assessed. The other is still marked as shipped, not received. I'm well past the date that the trade in value was to be applied and soon at the end of the 30 day trade in period. Both phones were in perfect condition when they were returned and now reading all of these other posts I'm skeptical that I'll receive the promised credit. I've tried reaching out through chat and was assured that the status would be updated. The rep ghosted me mid chat and nothing has changed on my account.
