It make me very disappointed bc of the I got new phone and the number can be activated and I’m just keep having issue and the number keep have issue and as a account owner I don’t have any rights to access to my account and the verification also send to my moms number and she is in china, also I don’t know why it’s very hard to communicate to the support by I’m telling them active the number 347******* since I see it’s link to my Apple ID and I don’t know why but I believe it must be a reason, so I call and tried active the number and I been told this number can be use as a secondary number? Bc I already have 3’numbers and I don’t want more line to pay extra money and I don’t want get headache, and I been told that line was secondary number, and she ask me which is the primary number? And I told her before the number was associated with the number 917******but now I trying to active on the eSIM that I provide which is number start with 332 and I told it doesn’t matter which number just as long as I can use the number. Then she said I confuse her and then she find an partner to help me with I knew he will set me up, by I’m using number 332****** calling for active the line 347******he reactive my number 332****** and call me back on my number 917***** and he said my request to active the number, by the time he was asking me the number I want active to the phone number with 6030 or 7678 and I told 7678, then he set me up by reactive the number from my imei 1 to imei 2 on purpose to support his female doctkey partner. This is not a attitude to take revenge on the partner which is messy brain, it’s a lost of dignity by represent a company, and I’m the person keep having the problem over a year and by the technical difficulties without help and new device can’t be active and now I have activation lock and need return the device
