UPS lost trade in phone

We sent our trade in back on March  10, 2024. I called and was told by the Verizon rep that they received the phone but it was being evaluated.  Now in May, I am being billed back the credit we were given. The tracking # is coming up invalid.  This seems like a pattern with Verizon from what I am reading and hearing. I have been on chat 3 times and keep getting disconnected or the chat bot isn't understanding the problem I have. I called their 800# twice and got hung up on.  Verizon is the the hardest company to do business with of any company I deal with.  I  am at a loss and beyond frustrated with Verizon .

I'm currently going through the same issue. Have you received an update? I was told by an agent in the chat that I would need to start a claim. Which makes no sense being that Verizon sent the pre-paid shipping label to me.  UPS says Verizon needs to start the claim. SMH

I got a request for the submission # and track # which I promptly gave and have not heard anything back as of yet.

To anyone else experiencing a LOST TRADE IN Phone that was shipped to Verizon, this forum is a joke and I am convinced that bots are responding to me each time I post.  NOONE from Verizon has been able to give me a resolution to my problem other than they are billing us back the measly $127 credit they gave us.  The bots can only say they care about my situation and are there to help.  I would not recommend using this forum for anything other than having a place to sound off.
