I have 3 I-phones unable to make or receive phone calls. It happened after 6 o’clock this evening. Troubleshooting per Verizon was not a successful. Any suggestions???
I asked the Verizon virtual chat and this was like the 5th this it had me trouble shoot and it seemed to help… time will tell… I seemed to have more issues when there was WiFi available, but didn’t want to be on some unknown WiFi!
Temporarily disabling and then re enabling HD Voice can do the trick. Let's try that! Here are the steps to do so on your phone.
Once you do that, try again. Was your issue resolved?
