I have been an Verizon customer for over 30 years off for two years in 2019 due to endless increases of cost T Mobile and 4 months in 2022 because of a Costco special for AT&T. I came back because my coverage was better than the other services years ago. This past year I have more dropped calls on the road and poor signal reception. I was on a hiking trail in Sedona and had no bars ( sos), while my friend was talking to his husband on her phone next to me ( T-mobile). I was so upset to see how I pay more and get less. I could download this trail path to see if we missed a turn (which we did) we turned around to correct the error. But I couldnโt to a thing about it.
This is not good for people who have kids or have their own business. Please understand my concern with the issue safety and necessity for a profitable business. My biggest concern is that Verizon has sold off towers to their competitors and still demand very high prices from customers.
I am sure the profit from the sale of the towers is great for Verizon but what about the customers that need reliable service? If towers are being sold I would love a new revised coverage map to see how much coverage was lost in the sale of the towers. Could you please provide the updated coverage map?
