I am absolutely out raged that NO ONE FROM VERIZON IS STRAIGHTING OUT MY 1,800+ DOLLAR BILL FOR A DEVICE THAT WAS NEVER RECEVED BECUASE I CANCELED FOR A INSTORE PICKUP. I want someone from Verizon in a management position to email me about fixing this bill for the past 3 or 4 months that I have had and called 3-4 times to ask about this dumb bill and thought I was good until a bill was in my email today. If you are going to do something to my credit history have the decency to have someone who is in my shoes straighten this out before it even is a problem. WHEN THEY HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE ITEM NOR ANYTHING FOR THE MOBLE SERVICE OF VERIZON AND HAVE ALREADY JUMPED BOAT AND WENT TO ANOTHER COMPANY.
