Verizon 811

Prior to starting a construction project at home, I called 811 to schedule a mark out with all utilities. I received notification from Verizon that said the site location was clear. Two days into the job, my FIOS cable got cut cause it was running through the site location. Verizon never came and check like they indicated in their email. Thanks Verizon for not doing your job .
