Yesterday Iowa stateside outage: no phone , no internet . Unacceptable. It was Century Link/Lumen. I cancelled CL a long time ago and do not appreciate Verizon selling out to CL . Even landlines and 911 were not operating. it was scary, not knowing what was going on, yet alone extremely frustrating ! This kind of faulty protection of our most needed reliance, is unacceptable. Verizon giving me my money back for the month, exchange my phone service for another company, no balance to my bill… and I will switch in a heartbeat. I will return your phones, send label to mail.
