it took Verizon 6 months to give me my equipment credit back which made me have late fees and disconnected my service 3 times I had to call them every other week because they kept saying it will be done in a week or to and apply my credit and from May and only on Sept 9 it was finally applied. I called to get the test of my late fees and reconnection fee applied and the agent applied them to a future bill not a past due bill and was told I would need to pay the full past due and they would credit my future bill. I definitely no longer eat trust them, they have been promising thing since Feb 14 when this all started and after a 3 hr call with the customer support agent in finance. I am still at the same place how bout yall pay the full amount and thank me for sticking by through all this 8 months of craziest of having a bill of $1100 when it was there fault. Iโm over this. I have ben with Verizon for me ver 3 years and this is how they treat me. Iโm good.
