I went to a Verizon Victra outlet today to negotiate my bill as a 10+ year customer and to possibly upgrade. I was told they can’t lower my bill but they’ll give me an iPad and I can trade in my 13 mini to upgrade to a 15 pro for only 10$ extra a month. I had to pay 330$ in store for activation fees, a new charger, a phone case & a phone screen protector. I was told my new bill was going to raise TEN DOLLARS ONLY. I was paying 103$ monthly before this visit for just my line and was expecting a 113$ next bill as I was told. Instead I see a 229$ bill for activation, 140$ next monthly bill & he added an additional line to my account for the iPad?! Beyond furious and I don’t know how to proceed please help. This was the Verizon Victra location in Lake Hiawatha New Jersey.

I had the same result and had to chase down a copy of the bill. After several phone calls and E-mails. I attached everything they asked for and got absolutely no result in my favor. I feel I was totally mislead and taken advantage of. BUYER BEWARE. I'm sure we are not the only two that feel this way.
