I've been experiencing really poor reception since I've moved to Happy Valley and it's only gotten progressively worse to the point where I'm not sure why I'm still with Verizon. I may have to discontinue service after my contract is up and go to T-Mobile. They seem to be better in this area as far as reception goes. I rely on my phone for work and hobbies and this inability to use the internet has soured my experience. I contacted customer service and they did a reset on my plan to try and increase the signal reception however it has not worked. The associates I've spoke to in the past have told me that Verizon knows about the issue but there are no plans to remedy the problem. This is disappointing and frustrating.
